Transcript:
What if we told you that the quickest way to get awesome abs
is to take a trip to your local library? You can get amazing abs without doing
a single sit-up-really! To do it, find a big book that is as thick as your
Yellow Pages. Don't actually use the phone book, as it's too soft for this
exercise. Lie on the floor with your legs extended. Put your hands beneath your
lower back, at the top of your rear. Now place the book between your lower
ankles and your shins. Keeping your legs straight, raise them and the book
about one foot off the floor. Hold for 30 seconds and lower slowly, repeating
five times. As this gets easier, increase the thickness of the book. Bonus
points if you read it and strengthen your mind, too. This abdominal exercise is
proof that jocks and geeks can live in harmony.
