Kim Kardashian faces a major challenge when it comes to her work out. Why?? Because contrary to popular belief, you can't control where your body loses fat or inches. So when Kardashian and her trainer, Gunner Peterson, meet for an intense fat-burning session, she risks shrinking her most famous asset. Can you imagine a world where kim Kardashian had a flat backside? Well, that's exactly why she makes sure her workout includes exercises to keep her butt round and firm. In other words, she does a lot of lunges and a lot of squats. But since Kardashian wants to keep the rest of her body toned too, she does an upgraded version of squats and lunges while holding a 10-pound medicine ball. One of her favorite moves is the side lunge wood chop because it works your arms, back, core, legs and butt. Let's show you how it's done. Kardashian uses an 8 to 10-pound medicine ball, but if you can't find one at your gym, just use a dumbbell. Stand with feet hip-width apart and hold the ball or dumbbell up just below your right ear.  Step out to the left and lower into a lunge as you straighten your arms out and arc the ball up and around until it's outside of your left ankle. Bring your arms back up to starting position as you step your right foot in next to your left. Do 6 to 15 lunges to the left, then switch sides and repeat to the right.
